Union City, Fremont see increase in aggressive necklace snatching
A Good Samaritan topped a young man who was trying to rip the necklace off a woman's neck last Friday. The man ran through the bushes to a waiting get-a-way vehicle parked on the street with a driver inside. Witnesses say the car was a grey or silver car.
